We only collect personal data to the extent necessary to provide our services. Processing is based on Art. 6 GDPR.

3. Hosting

This website is hosted on AWS Amplify (Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL, Luxembourg).

When you visit the website, technically necessary data (e.g. IP address, time of access, browser type) is processed in server log files (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Any transfer of data to the USA is based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

4. Contact Form

When you use our contact form, the data you enter (e.g. name, email address, message) is processed to handle your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

We use SendGrid (Twilio Inc., USA) for email delivery. The transfer is based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Enquiries are forwarded to info@artem.earth.

Data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for processing your enquiry.

5. Google Analytics 4

We use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland), a web analytics service.

Processing takes place only with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) via our cookie banner. You may withdraw your consent at any time.

IP anonymisation is enabled. Any transfer of data to the USA is based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

We use technically necessary cookies required for the operation of the website.

In addition, we use cookies for web analytics (Google Analytics 4) only with your consent via our cookie banner.

7. Compliance Insights / Notion

We use Notion (Notion Labs, Inc., USA) to create and maintain our blog content (Compliance Insights).

Content is embedded statically into the website at build time. When visitors access the content, no data is transferred to Notion.
