Software - 3PL Platform
ArtemLEX
Third Party Logistics compliance made simple
Streamlines regulatory workflows by identifying applicable regulations, compliance obligations, and liabilities
3PL Compliance Studio
ArtemLEX provides an initial compliance assessment to identify relevant regulations, mandatory compliance obligations, and potential liabilities. The 3PL Compliance Studio further automates compliance operations by classifying incoming goods, reviewing safety data sheets (SDSs) and product manuals, and determining appropriate storage and handling requirements for warehousing and logistics operations.
The Complete 3PL Compliance Solution
KYC process
Before accepting goods into warehouse, ArtemLEX establishes what the products are through our regulatory pre-screening engine. This determines whether specialised laws apply to them.
Hazardous Substances & Dangerous Goods
The 3PL Compliance Studio's dashboard contains information ascertaining whether the products are considered Goods of Concern (compliant Dangerous Goods, Hazardous Substances or SVHCs) or Flagged Goods (non-compliant Dangerous Goods, Hazardous Substances or SVHCs). Next steps requiring actioning are then outlined to the user.
Document request system
Automatically generates client email requests and templates to streamline information collection. Supports conditional document requests, ensuring the correct materials (such as SDSs, ingredient lists, or storage information) are requested based on the product type and compliance requirements.
Storage & Handling Procedures
Depending on the products, specific storage and handling procedures must be followed, including certain loading and offloading measures. ArtemLEX will clearly outline these requirements for warehousing staff.
Compliance Process Flow designed for Legal, Procurement, and Warehouse Teams
The system is designed for three levels of the organisation, following a structured compliance workflow from goods receipt to auditable dispatch.
For Legal:
The system provides a multi-layered compliance dashboard that tracks product risk, including hazardous, non-compliant, flagged, or unknown goods, along with missing documentation and items requiring human review. It also offers client and product-level views with detailed metadata, legal applicability, assigned ownership, and operational instructions, supported by a transparent step-by-step compliance reasoning flow that allows users to identify and remediate issues directly within each assessment stage.
For Procurement:
Performs real-time threshold validation and storage eligibility checks at the pre-order stage to prevent non-compliant procurement decisions. It ensures that goods exceeding regulatory limits or incompatible with available storage conditions are automatically flagged or blocked before ordering.
For Warehouse:
For each scanned or manually searched product, the system provides an immediate compliance and operational overview, including acceptance eligibility, flagged or blacklisted status, escalation requirements, storage and handling instructions, and transport/offloading procedures.
